Located in Ville-Marie’s residential building this lounge was designed

to reflect the character of the neighbourhood while giving the space

a fresh, contemporary feel.

Existing brick walls and decorative moldings were retained as key

architectural features. At the same time, the space was updated with

a fresh, contemporary approach to make it comfortable and inviting for

the building’s residents –  young families and students.

The result is a welcoming communal space that feels modern and

functional while still respecting the character and beauty of the original building.
